Intellection Learning Consultants LLP is a partnership of Kamalika Gupta Kotru and Meghna Datta , Banking professionals who have over 19 years of experience in Branch Banking, Relationship Selling , Product and Sales Force Management ,Content development & Training with some of the leading banks of India like HDFC Bank , ICICI Bank and more.

Kamalika Gupta Kotru

 A career Banker, Kamalika has lead large and complex teams at HDFC Bank. She has successfully managed two strategic branches of HDFC Bank and managed the entire spectrum of transactional banking volumes , sales , driving teams and managing key clients .


•    As a Cluster Head at HDFC Bank in Pune she has lead 100+ team sizes with a span of control of 12 Branches. She has been also part of strategic initiative of the Bank in setting up low cost Branches and financial literacy.


•    Her initial experience has been with ICICI Bank in HNW Relationship Management ,product management &TASC.


•    Now in her entrepreneurial journey , she has designed and executed workshops for Branch Heads and RMs in some of the leading banks in India and has 1500  training hours under her belt.


•    Her understanding of the business , market and people in the BFSI space along with a keen eye on sales process has successfully helped exciting engagement journeys with large and emerging banks .Consulting on  client’s problem statement and implementing a desirable solution has brought value to the  table on every project journey of Intellection so far.

Meghna Datta
Co Founder and Partner

 Meghna has lead the strategic initiative of HDFC Bank in the affluent and mass affluent business. Her rich experience in Banking space consists of in-depth work in conceptualizing, launching and running  successful High Net-worth programmes at multiple level -Affluent, HNI as  well as super HNW.


•    Head of Imperia Banking of HDFC Bank  (since inception to 2013) - the top most programme for HNI customers – Meghna played a key role in the Banks growth with her understanding of the affluent business space and channel management .

•    She has also managed large scale change management projects such as mergers, core system changes &CRM implementation.


•    Her understanding of  Product management , sales skilling structures , sales process & compliance experience has helped Intellection bring the relevant value  to every customer engagement that we have had so far.


•    Over 1500 man hours of training done to cover more than 2000 employees on Sales, Banking Products as well and Soft skills she brings , she blends business understanding  with the learning journey across multiple roles .
